I am a director and founder (with Charles Rifkind) of the Visitors’ Arts Foundation. We have had numerous meetings with the Mayor’s Office, Hotel Groups and Museums & Galleries. We hope this scheme will become a reality before too long.
Negotiated with Transport for London for a free TFL scheme for School students to travel free by tube and bus to all arts events in the capital – during Ken Livingstone’s first term as Mayor.

Arranged the commission of the Cloud railway bridge by Ralph Koltai over the Kilburn High Road.
Initiated the first British “Pay what you can” ticket scheme, which was then championed by the Mark Fisher, the then Minister for the Arts, in a House of Commons debate on future theatre practice.
