During his 28-year tenure as Artistic Director, Nicolas Kent transformed the Tricycle Theatre into one of London’s most politically engaged and culturally diverse venues.

Political Verbatim Theatre

The Tricycle became internationally renowned for its groundbreaking Tricycle Tribunal Plays, a series of political verbatim productions exploring key socio-political issues of the day. A collected edition is published by Bloomsbury.
